THE VILLAGE OSAKA
THE VILLAGE OSAKA
THE VILLAGE OSAKA is Ichigo’s first value-add project transforming an entire existing building into Ready To Move In offices, maximizing the building’s location potential.
Conveniently located a two-minute walk from Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji and Chuo Lines, the building offers premium, sophisticated spaces, comprising Ready To Move In offices and flexible day-use spaces for weekly dedicated access. By shortening the interior design and construction period before move-in, reducing tenant fit-out costs, and minimizing waste from restoration work upon move-out, the building offers a new, sustainable approach to office space.
With “Innovator’s Campus” as its concept, THE VILLAGE OSAKA aims to create a community that brings together tenants and members of the local community in a university campus-like setting where people can comfortably work, gather, and interact.
