Ichigo's Sustainable Real Estate

Ichigo believes real estate serves as critical infrastructure to enhance and enrich the lives of individuals and communities.
Ichigo's sustainable real estate value-add creates value from existing real estate by identifying user needs and integrating physical real estate with soft services, transforming existing assets into real estate that can help address social challenges.

Rather than demolishing and rebuilding real estate, Ichigo makes the most of what already exists. Ichigo is committed to passing on a better world to future generations.

Building Connections Through Community Events

Meet The Neighbors! – Get to Know Your Neighbors!

Ichigo creates opportunities for tenants to connect with one another and foster a community where people can support each other when needed.
Meet The Neighbors! is not only a social event, but also an initiative that helps build a stronger community and enhance disaster preparedness.

THE KNOT Festival: Music × Art × Food

At THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, Ichigo hosts THE KNOT Festival once a year, bringing together a wide range of content where guests can experience diverse cultures through music, art, food, and more. Creating spaces where people can connect and new interactions can emerge is an important part of THE KNOT. By offering reasons to visit beyond simply staying overnight, Ichigo is developing the hotel as a place that connects people with one another and with the city.

Division and isolation are growing global challenges that no single company can address alone. We believe local communities need spaces that connect people across industries and fields. At Spice Factory, we place great importance on contributing to the communities in which we operate. We share this commitment with Ichigo and have co-hosted classical music concerts at Meet The Neighbors! events since moving into Tradepia Odaiba. We believe that sharing the emotional experience of music can bring people closer together and spark new opportunities for co-creation. In 2025, we also held the first “TokyoBay Harmony Festival” together with 16 companies and organizations in the Odaiba area. Through these small but meaningful efforts, we hope to make the world a better place, one pixel at a time. As both a tenant and a partner, we will continue working with Ichigo to foster a sustainable, connected community.

Our organization works across Japan under the mission of “connecting people through music and creating a society enriched in spirit.” We have had the pleasure of collaborating with Ichigo at Meet The Neighbors! events held at Tradepia Odaiba three times, and we have also delivered live performances at CLASSIC THE KNOT at THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, extending our activities from Ichigo's offices to hotels. Ichigo’s commitment to strengthening community ties while promoting disaster preparedness and bringing greater vibrancy to local neighborhoods deeply resonates with our vision of “creating communities where music is part of everyday life.” In 2025, we also joined forces with Spice Factory and Ichigo to bring the TokyoBay Harmony Festival to life. We look forward to continuing our partnership and broadening the horizons of communities shaped and enriched by music.

Our collaboration with Ichigo on THE KNOT began with a shared vision to create hotels that are more than just places to stay—places where people connect with one another, with the city, and with diverse cultures.
This vision first took shape at THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, where we operate the restaurants and bakery. Together with Ichigo, we have worked to create a comfortable and enjoyable space for hotel guests and a welcoming place for the local community.
Today, we also operate the dining venues at THE KNOT HIROSHIMA and THE KNOT FUKUOKA Tenjin.
Through restaurants rooted in each city, we look forward to continuing to work with Ichigo to create distinctive local experiences and new connections that can only be found in each destination.
